Description of the vertical mill<\/strong><\/p>\n

The vertical mill is a very compact machine designed to occupy a small overall area and offer the user a high production capacity with a limited use of energy.

\u2013 Reduced electricity consumption: if compared to horizontal hammer mills of the same capacity, energy consumption is on average 25% lower
\n\u2013 Limited air flow: in the grinding chamber, a specific suction line for the mill is not necessary. This leads to significant energy savings and a limited loss of humidity in the product during the grinding phase.
\n\u2013 Easy replacement of grates and hammers: the parts subject to wear (hammers and grate) are attached in such a way as to simplify their replacement as much as possible
\n\u2013 Easy cleaning and inspection of the grinding chamber.<\/p>\n

Technical Characteristics<\/strong><\/p>\n

–\u00a0<\/strong>It is equipped with a dispenser with stone removal and iron removal system
\n\u2013 High mechanical reliability of the impeller because it is supported by two supports with bearings independent of the motor.
\n- The connection between motor and impeller is made with an elastic coupling
\n\u2013 High safety standards: the temperature of the bearings is monitored by PT 100 sensors and it is possible to install a vibration detection system (optional).
\n\u2013 Low noise compared to the horizontal mill
